While the care being put to sleep was wonderful, nice doctor that made me laugh, the the billing is ridiculous, everything was paid through the VA yet they keep sending me bills illegally claiming no payment, even after sending them all the paperwork twice proving the payment. Garbage billing support that taints the entire practice.

Services from Associated Anesthesiologists themselves wouldnt be enough to numb the pain of dealing with their billing department. Avoid them at all costs.

I had some injections done in February and March of this year. I had no idea that this place was a part of my treatment. I never got a bill. I finally received something in the summer that said I needed to get into my account and update my insurance. When I logged in, I found out I had a $223 bill. I set up a payment plan. After three months, I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I got onto my AA account to change payment methods, and I was told I couldn't change payment methods, I had to cancel the current payment agreement and create a new plan. Silly. I canceled the payment agreement, and a few weeks later, when I got my new card, I got into my account and paid the rest of the balance in full, which was $73. I paid it with my new card as a one-time payment. The next day, they charged my accoung another $50 that I did NOT authorize. After a 20 minute-plus phone call, I was told, "oh, we found another bill from January, that's what the extra amount was." I paid the total balance the day before, but then they "found" another amount and illegally charged my debit card. She told me I could get into my account and remove my debit card, but I didn't "add" my card, I just made a one-time payment. Nowhere in my account was there a place that I could remove my debit card. I don't trust this company. They stole money from me. If I could give zero stars, I would. It's on to the BBB to report them.
