If I could rate it a 0 from how their Employee Angie just spoke to me on the phone I would. She was rude, nasty, & attitude was simply unprofessional. She spoke to me like I was a Child I had to call her name multiple times to get her to pause and stop interrupting me & she turns around and says yes Angie is my name. Excuse me? All because I had a question and didnt have a proper understanding. She proceeds to scream on the phone well its not going to change. & offered a nasty solution I didnt ask for. If your looking for answers to a question I sure wouldnt be asking her. Never been spoke to by a bank representative like that ever in my life. Hope this review shines some light on how their employees speak to their clients. Ive been banking with them for about 6 years. Never had this problem before today. & Makes me rethink banking with them seriously
