Camryn was very kind. I have been with T-Mobile for six years. And I really appreciate the customer service that he provided.

Tmobile was on of the better phone companies I had delt with-good service for a good price. Until recently. I added a line which is no big deal but then was offered a free line. Cool. So I decided I'd get my daughter on the plan as well. A month later, I get the bill which was over $200 to find out that one of the associates in this store had added a smartwatch without my knowledge and consent. I spent 45 on the phone with customer service trying to get her to understand I do not have a smartwatch nor will I be paying for one. Then find out that we didnt pay to have the service started on the phones upon buying them in the store, it was added to our first bill. I hope the associate that took it upon himself to add his smartwatch to my account enjoyed his free service while it lasted. Once we need new phones I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Glad I had enough common since to question my bill being so high for two lines and one that was supposed to be free. Highly disappointed in tmobile and the people that work for them.
