food was terrible , service was terrible. the meatloaf was very undercooked and was very clearly raw. the manager covered this up by saying the meat comes cooked to us , its just the spices that is not how cooking works , it doesnt make the meat pink. just bad service overall and the food gets worse and worse ever time we go there. just dont waste your money here

Good food and a lot of choices. Grandson loves it. They have a handwash station and anti bacterial gel b4 u go down the line for drinks and to pay. Nice set up. Plastic gloves are provided each time u go back to the buffet.

I drive almost 2 hours for dinner. There were 7 of us. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way. The chocolate fountain wasn't working. The ice cream machine was broken. The desserts didn't taste good either. It was a horrible experience.

Today jus now Jan 31 at 3:30 I went into this location where I let them Kno my boyfriend was 20m behind me but could I go head an pay with my card. They were out right rude. When I politely asked to speak to a manager, the guest behind me seen her way into my business deal an started cussing at me. Took me all I had to not make a bigger scene to defend myself with such RUDE PEOPLE AN SERVICE. They finally got a manager who attempted to apologize an said he would allow me to make two purchases on my bank card. Riiiiiiight I wanna stay NOT while the business already ruined my experience and then wanted me to be cool with the threat of another customer (to which nothing was her business) due to the difficulties the staff an threat from the inpatient lady behind me I was offered no deal, nothing. Such a bad experience I WILL NEVER RETURN AN SHOULD HAVE JUS TAKEN THE MULTIPLE REFERENCES FROM FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS, AN CLIENTS OF MY OWN, ON HOW RUDE THE SERVICE IS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. DEFINITELY GREATFUL WE DID NOT HAVE OUR CHILDREN WITH US. what a shame to see golden corral lose part of it's reputation since Washington store which had that small town hospitality. NEVER AGAIN AN BEWARE OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY THAT HAVE NO RESPECT THAT ARE THUG PEORIANS THAT WILL THREATED U BEFORE EVER GETTING YOUR SERVICE.

This was my first time going to a Golden Corral. It will most certainly be my last. I went with my wife and son. I had a slice of pizza fresh out of the oven, a piece of meatloaf and a roll. The pizza was so doughy that I could only stomach a single bite, which I had to eat with a fork because the cheese was barely cooked enough that it was falling off the dough/"crust". The meatloaf sauce was flavorful. But the meat was chalky and and tasteless. The roll was hard as a bagel on the top but doughy in the center. Yuck. I did have some strawberries after my "meal". This was the only decent food I consumed while at this restaurant. My wife had spaghetti, popcorn shrimp and broccoli cheese soup. The spaghetti noodles were way overcooked and the sauce tasted like pure ketchup. The popcorn chicken was cold and the breading soggy. The soup was "ok". My son had a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was "gross" and the bun, which is just a roll they stuffed this tasteless meat into, was "hard like a rock". He liked the fries. The waitress was friendly and quick to refill drinks. A very nice lady all together. The girl that took our money on entry was...there. She didn't give us any direction or guidance in terms of where to get silverware or plates. Just took my money with the expression of someone who truly didn't want to be there. I'm uncertain as to why this restaurant has a 4 star rating. If my experience is common, it's a wonder this chain stays in business. I've had better food at hospitals and school lunches. Seriously guys, you should be ashamed.
