Five Senses Spa, Salon & Barbershop

Came in for a men's cut. Had attempted to schedule it online, but the website wouldn't load for appointments but once I downloaded the app it worked flawlessly. Had my cut with Des, who did a great job. Very professional and quality cut. Gave great feedback and suggestions based on some questions. Great balance between some casual conversation and focusing on cut. Included light massage and full washout. Looks great and is much better than what I have been getting at some chain locations for roughly the same price. Service: Haircut

My last 3 appointments here have been scheduled, confirmed, then Five Senses calls day of and says they must cancel on me. Incredibly bad service, lack of care for their customers. If you do get a service here, it is great, but good luck getting in. Even if you get an appointment, expect it to be cancelled day of.
