I traditionally have done my own taxes as they're relatively simple however after meeting with Dianna she pointed out several things that I had missed and really helped me get my taxes complete and accurate!
I'll definitely be going back to her for next year!
Update: Since the previous review, I have started my own business and as a first time 1099 worker & business owner Dianna and her team expertly helped me navigate what I thought was going to be a stressful tax season with ease!

If I could give Zero star review I would. I put my trust in this place and got no additional help after still not receiving my taxes. She didn't listen to me when I went to file back in March, she messed up my entire paperwork and irs had to fix it.. Dianna told me 1 month ago callback end of July I'll see about helping speed up the process. I called back when I was asked to and she told me she can't help me. I'm now left with getting my taxes amended by another company. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Every time I was asked, referred this business. Found out they weren't utilizing my write-offs to my advantage. Then, quit me because they didn't want to mess with my expenses. Wouldn't let White do my dog's taxes.

My relative took her taxes in and two weeks later she had not heard from them. She went to the store and they said it they were too busy to get to them and she retrieved them back. Once home, she noticed they had not included all her income statements and pertinent taxes paid info. She returned to the store and the owner, Diane White, remarked she must not have brought them inbut the red folder she has used for her tax info for the last 20+ years that she puts every tax doc in when it comes to her home address was not there. Yet, all the papers were in a new folder of theirs. Diane also said maybe they had fallen out under her car seat and she should check there. My relative has been doing taxes for over 60+ years and is quite organized, diligent, and documents everything. To blame the customer for the lack of their due diligence and the safe-keeping of financial documents is just unacceptable!!!! Get a signature on something that you dropped them off and that everything needed for your taxes was present. Better yet, do not go hereif you want to keep your financial documents secure!!!!
