After the unprecedented rains in Bloomington, Illinois, this past weekend, I contacted 4 restoration businesses to help with my flooded basement. The only one that called me back was 911! They were very busy but put me on a list and when they did show up, gave me suggestions on how I could prevent this happening in the future, things I could do to prepare while waiting prior to getting help, & finished the job in less than an hour with a few extra hands. I appreciate this team & will spread the word about the professional service.

These guys know their stuff!!! We thought our house was going to be quarantined and we were going to have to pay money by the boatloads!!! They came out at no charge, gave us some sound advise and were super nice. They inspected every area we asked them to with out complaining. Even under the house!! At the end of the visit they cleared our house of any mold and recommended what we should do. They even suggested a way we could take care of it our self if we wanted! Couldn't be happier.

I recently called 911 restoration due to a busted pump that caused water damage in my basement. Someone called me immediately even though it was after hours to see how quickly I needed assistance. Since it wasn’t that serious, they returned the call the next morning and scheduled to come over during my lunch break to check out the damage. How accommodating! They were here promptly. Instead of charging me for services I didn’t need they were kind enough to tell me what I needed to do to rectify the situation. I appreciated their integrity, expertise and overall assistance.
