Ill start by saying i think the jeweler is very nice. The lady that i spoke to behind the counter tho, doesnt follow customers instructions. I took a band in to b sized down to a 4.5, ive worn that size for 20 years. I told her i need a 4.5 and she handed me sizers. The one she had me try 1st was waaay too big if i had to guess id say a 6. I say no, thats definately NOT a 4 5, she hands me another slightly big one. I said its closer but not a 4.5 she then hands me another n i say thats a lil lose but much better is it a 4.5? She says yes. I pick it up and out it on, its a little loose but freezing outside so i figured thats y. I look at the receipt a couple days later and see it says " size to 5" . I called the store and told the jeweler. He said hell fix it. Hes willing to make it right but taking it back and waiting again is an inconvenience. She should have just listened to the customerill update after i take it back. Well see how it goes...UPDATE*** he fixed it for me its perfect now...i dont know how anyone thought this jeweler was rude....he couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend

Im relocated to Texas, and in town visiting family. The clasp on my necklace bent and needed repaired. I stopped in to have this done. Dropped it off and ran another errand. When I returned it was like new. Very clean store. Great friendly and professional staff! Have a wide variety of good quality pieces on display. Very nice establishment. Very rare you get this kind of customer service these days. If I lived in the area, I definitely would be doing more business here.

Udrys is second to none. Ive done business with every major jeweler in the area and I couldnt be happier with the experiences Ive had here. From the repair of my daughters ring to the addition of another band to my wifes wedding ring, customer service goes a long way with me. They seem to go above and beyond what is expected and listen to what your needs are while giving options within your price range. Brad is doing a hell of a job there. Its not often I say I look forward to spending more money here, but it applies.
