Well I can tell you one thing with absolute certainty. They DEFINITELY aren't open from 6 am to 6 PM. I was told by the vitamin store nextdoor that they got there at nine, and left at three on most days. As someone seeking a job, its inconvenient. If I was a manager? They'd be fired quicker then a bullet from a trigger-happy madman.

Great staff! Amazing boss Rikki Wallace is still my go to! The company is great at finding you hours and places to work when available! Starting pay is above minimum wage!

In the summer of 2016 I stopped by to set up an arrangement to have Command Center help out with finding employees for my business. I dropped off my card, several job descriptions for the kinds of positions I was hiring for, and a short list of questions that I was hoping to discuss. I was reminded of this today, because I had set a reminder on my phone of that visit, and it just notified me that it was 2 years overdue. Well, as an employer, I can definitely advise against this placement agency as their followup is literally nonexistent. As a job seeker, I have only secondhand knowledge but one colleague of mine that was "placed" showed up to the first day of work to nobody having any idea of it and being told to go home. After a visit to the office it was realized the person in charge wasn't in and wouldn't be back until the next day. Left a number and never got called again. I would say take advantage of the dozens of other services just like this in Central Illinois, as the team at this branch has an obvious lack of communication skills.
