I've been with this agent for three and a half years, and couldn't be happier with the service I've received in that time. I have always been helped quickly and kindly whenever I needed help or clarification on something. They helped me immensely when my building was struck by lightning two years ago! Michael Malone has gone above and beyond multiple times to help me add/change policies, and even to find other agents across state lines when I moved, saving me countless hours of research and vetting.
