When our condo flooded and had extensive water damage, we needed to find a contractor for the job. Ed and his team did FANTASTIC work remodeling our kitchen and living room! He listened to what we wanted, checked all the boxes, and even had suggestions to make it look more elegant! In the pictures, they installed our cabinets, island, counter tops, hard wood floors, stove/microwave/refrigerator/dishwasher/wine fridge/sink, electrical outlets, under cabinet LED lighting, back splash, floating wood shelves, fireplace back splash and tile, and repainted the entire house and trim! They have great communication and are very professional. I am extremely happy with the outcome, would highly recommend them for any remodeling work, and would use them again in a second! They definitely exceeded our expectations! A pipe broke during the extreme cold Chicago experienced end of January. The pipe broke on top floor and migrated down through floor/walls to the main floor. I was desparate to find a good contractor who could mitigate the water damage quickly and provide repair/restoration estimate to my insurance company. Most places were quoting me TWO WEEKS before they could even access the damage let alone repair. Then I called Ed at EDO. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Ed was at my home within hours. Early the next morning he and his guys arrived at house PREPARED. It was like a military operation. They removed all the wet insulation, cut out damaged drywall. Installed blowers. I have expensive furniture. EDO draped all my furniture and surfaces. They draped off the work area in living room and master bedroom. All my wood floors were protected and the guys worked with little footies on. The work is top notch! Ed was able to walk me through the diagnosis and took care of my home immediately. I couldn’t be happier. These guys are pro’s!!!
