15 Minute Covid Results

Very disappointing. My wife got tested on Christmas Eve. She didn’t get her Rapid test results for 2 hours. And she’s still waiting for the PCR results. It’s been five days already! Three days ago, my wife called and they said she would have the results that day. Called again today, still nothing. The testing site itself was efficient but the lab they use (Ohare) is horrible. There’s no excuse for no results after five days! Or at least some form of communication about delays. Update. Finally received my wife’s results. Only took two weeks. Wth

Super fast to get a rapid done. Took only 5 min and knew the results within an hour or two. The PCR tho it’s been a week since my first one and have not yet received those results. And I took two more after that. Not even going to wait for those anymore.

My husband son and I came here for rapid/PCR tests after my husband tested positive on a home test. My husband tested about 10 minutes before my son and I. He got rapid results about 5 hours later(negative) we did home test again(positive) about 5 days later he received a negative PCR result that also said he’s a female? and has since had a positive PCR result. My son and I received no rapid results, no PCR results(it’s been a full week). The number is a call center and either has no info or routes you to a voicemail. I scanned the QR code and received an email requesting my results, then tried to email again and the mailbox is full. This is a scam. They are charging insurance companies and the government for the tests they use and are unconcerned with results. Go somewhere reputable for your test. Edit: called routed to VM, mail box still full, both my son and husband received PCR results w/in 48 hours from other providers. I stand by my review. Find a reputable provider.

I got our Rapid test result verbally last Sunday. I still haven't received our PCR tests or any physical test result via email or text. I am really hoping that I can get that because I need it for work. Any update on the PCR tests?

The process was convenient and the rapid test came back quickly, but still waiting for PCR results from 12/26 and 12/29. Contacted via phone and electronically several times, but no response…
