Very accommodating and a great customer service. Great place for a family dinner or just happy hour as you take a break from traffic. The cocktails are tasty. Food is average. Happy hour 1/2 price apps are a good deal but definitely skimpy. Korean Chicken entry was decent.

So I ordered food from here on door dash, and I've eaten here before and liked the food. One of the meals I ordered was chicken tenders that were supposed to include fries. I paid almost $15 just for this. Upon receiving the food, I open the container to find 4 measly tenders and zero fries. I mean $15???? I called the manager who said he could send me a gift card. This was over 2 months ago. No gift card in sight, just disappointment. This place is over priced for the quality of food.

Great experience! We were at the car show and Houlihans was passing out cookies and a free appetizer coupon. We thought it was great meeting Joe, the new manager, at the show. Off to Houlihans for dinner we went and it was delicious. Service was excellent. I ate a steak and my husband had stuffed chicken. Both dishes were very good. We are looking forward to taking the kids and enjoying $5 Happy Hour. We use to go years ago and are happy to rediscover this Park Ridge gem. We will be back.
