I got my ac replaced by wells through my home owner's warranty. This was the second company they sent out and there was a vast difference. As most of us know warranty companies can be a pain , but ALL, and I do mean all of the employee's from the receptionist on the phone, to the actual installers did their best to explain everything as best of their knowledge. If someone did not know the answer, they got to me promptly with one. I found everyone to be organized and professional. Recommended! Service: AC repair

Victor Allen the technician from wells was very early to both appointments that I made with wells!!..I love his experience and he walked me through the technical aspects of the job that he was doing both times..even showing me step by step what he was doing to get my ac unit back up efficiently!!..he showed me the exactly what was happening and as he was talking to me it was actually happening..I'm very impressed and it's not easy to impress me..I will be using wells for all my needs from here on out!!
