I had sewer back up into my basement. He came out on a Sunday. He Refused to charge me because was City’s drain broken in roadway. My drainage line was good. Came back daily to make sure my drain was clear until the City’s line was replaced. Great people and very professional.

I have had Blades come out 3 times to fix a clogged drain that is backing up into my basement they did great. On the last visit they said they needed to fix a major blockage and dig up sewer and replace some of it. I needed to have some money down no problem I called back a week later to let them know I was ready to have them come fix it. For the past 4 weeks I have called left multiple messages to have this issue fixed with no response. I am very patient but now I have sewage in my basement again no response!!! I have no hot water heater and haven’t for a month because of the sewage I need to replace it now because the sewage ruined it. The proper customer services skills they lack!!! Some sort of response would be nice! But I have had no response. That is just highly unprofessional in my opinion! Services: Sewer repair, Pipe repair, Drain unblocking

We had a stopped up sink and he had two people come out and help fix it with no problem! He is a very reasonable man!
