Farmers Insurance Agency failed to tell us about electronical signature. We have to find out from the Umbrella Company 5.5 months later mailed to us. Thank you Farmers for not warning us or asking us fora signature at the time of service.

Very Unprofessional. My girlfriend signed up for car insurance. Candos Agency signed us up, took our money for the 6 months upfront payment and we had automatic withdrawal as agreed on the day of service. 5 and a 1/2 months later we get a letter from the umbrella company that Candos Agency uses called Bristol. They requested $78 immediately Because we didn't sign an electronic signature. At the time of service our agent didn't request one. Seeing that it was 5 and a 1/2 months later we thought everything was good. I talked with Trevor the Farmer's Agent and he told me he would discuss with Bristol to clear this up. I told him that renewel is coming up and requested for the refund of $78 from Farmers Insurance since there was no communication, no letter from Candos Agency, no call....nothing!! Then later on the insurance lapsed. We figured Trevor would have handled this for us. Then I went up to the Candos office and talked with Tim or Jim.. He informed me that this was ecalated to management. I told him that my girlfriend is driving with no insurance. So he calls me back and gives me a higher rate than she paid for..felt little like bait and switch to me. They showed no care or urgency to want my girlfriend as client. So our family left Candos Agency because they used to care. We did NOT get our refund.
