Before calling Chicago City Side Sewer we called a professional plumbing company out of Oaklawn. That company who I won't disclose bcuz of slander came and cleaned a one inch screen wiping it with a towel and lit the pilot and told us we were going to need a whole new water heater and quoted us 1150.00 for a new system. He never cleaned out bottom of unit and was out the door in 5 minutes after lighting the pilot light. Pilot light went out within two hours. Now not trusting his lack of expertise, I called Chicago City Side Sewer the following day. Gary came out next day and disassembled components inside the bottom of sealed unit to clean parts to light the pilot in tank heater. He also stated that in the event we were to need a new tank if this did not remain working.. the tank itself was still under warranty by the Manufacturer. What? Still under warranty? That means the tank itself would be covered it needing replacement now. Hmmm first company did not make me aware of that fact. That's huge! I will use Chicago City Side again and would recommend to anyone. Honesty is still and will always be the best policy. Thank you Chicago City Side Sewer.

The service was great. Gary and Tony came in and completed the job in no time. I made the appointment and they showed up on time. They made sure to clean up once the job was completed. I have absolutely no complaints just appreciation for a professional job well done.

I called and Tony and Gary could not have been nicer. Came out gave me an estimate over the phone (Free estimate) did the job the same day. Absolutely no mess. It was nice to deal with an honest business. They will have my future business and can not recommend them enough. Give them a try, and I am sure you will be as pleased as I was

What started out as a disaster ended on a good note. Mr. Allen came to my rescue. I would highly recommend Chicago City Wide to anyone in need. I'm pleased to say that my experience today was pleasant, the price was right, and when he said he was on his way, he meant just that! Service under an hour and with a smile. Can't beat that!!!! Thank you again Allen😊👍
