One of the most rudest people that ive encountered at this testing place !!! Front desk is rude and the people registering you are even worse !! None of them will help you and have to do it yourself if there is an issue !!!

Im surprised by all the negative reviews I went there for a heart scan an ultrasound and even an MRI and had no problem whatsoever with the staff or wait times or anything. I will definitely be going back to this place for future appointments..

Today I went to hytech medical park in Palos heights to a have routine mammogram. I was called back by the tech and this mammogram was the first nice experience i have had. The tech was absolutely fantastic !!!! I wish her name tag was turned over . Well 2-24-24 the mammogram tech that worked in the a.m. at 8:15 a.m. she deserves a raise and they need more people like her she was all around the best tech very nice, and handle the test with class made the experience pleasant. Thank you to the wonderful lady whom I was placed with today for my mammogram. You're great!!!

I've been going to this facility for years and have always been treated very well. The people are nice and polite on the phone and very nice in person. I've never had any problems.

Front desk receptionist was very impatient and belittling, stated shed enter incorrect information if I didnt give her info fast enough. Imaging reading results very slow, despite doctor escalation for faster reading x2. Would recommend going elsewhere.
