I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and John James has been my agent all this time. Their services are beyond amazing. When I call them, they know me by name and pull up my account before I mention a word about my account number. This, to me shows that they care about their customers at whole new level. I have had claims with my car and my house and they make it so easy to put these claims through. They know the insurance business very well and I have gotten some great advice from them through out the years. Lisa, Michael and Margaret are the customer interface to this great business and they take customer care very seriously. It is one think to have insurance, it is another when you have insurance and you know that your agents office is on your side and will do what he can to make sure your claims are handled correctly and promptly. At times, I get close to my payment due date and I get courtesy phone call from them in addition to email. I highly recommend John James office for State Farm. Please note that I have absolutely no affiliation with this office besides them being my agent. So this review is to show my appreciation for their great service

AWESOME AGENTS! My family and I have been working with Mr. James and his team for over 40 years. Love that they treat me like family. Margaret, Lisa, and Mikey are always helpful and courteous to my needs. Very highly recommended Thank you all very much
