We came across Vanguard through two of our neighbours. We had them come over and provide us with a quote for our A/C system replacement as our system was over 30 years old. Gary came over and provided a thorough inspection and provided a very competitive quote for their services. Being in an old house provided some challenges but Gary's many years of experience meant that they were navigated well during the planning phase. His team of three professionals were excellent. They were incredibly diligent, careful and thorough in their work while working through some of the hottest days of the year in the attic. Dawn over in the office was also great in setting everything up. Will be moving over from our current service provider to Vanguard for maintenance and servicing and have also decided to move our boiler servicing over to their team. Whole heartedly recommend. I was referred to Vanguard several years ago and wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks to Dawn, Gary, Chris, and company, I don't need to! We have a complicated system that only experienced technicians can service. Always responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable! They have "rescued" us whenever needed. I recommend Vanguard 100%!

Vanguard Heat and AC is simply the best! They bailed us out when our furnace went kaput in December. The service and communication is top notch. We were using one of those huge firms that seemed to get a comission on new sales. Freindly, personable, and professional. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC duct & vent installation
