Not only was he calm, cool, and collected (I can't say the same about myself ), he gave me additional tips and tricks I hadn't even thought of. Thanks H&R Block for making this the easiest process, for not allowing me to drag my feet until April's deadline - and to Ralph, for being such a cheery and helpful asset in *what could have been* a dreadful appointment.
