        Horrible experience. Agreed to buy the car but not the "extras". The only way they would remove the "extras" was if we financed through them. We already had our approval in our hand. He said then he couldn't do it. Openly admitted they get a kickback from the bank if we financed through them then we can refinance through our own bank after a couple of months. Warning the price you see online is not the price you will get when you get there and start the process. Felt for our salesman who was awesome. The manager just didn't care.

        This was the worst decision we ever made. We were lied to and treated with such sneaky Deceiving disrespect from pricing be switched from the lower price advertised on rhe vehicle to a much higher price on the paper work to higher monthly payments then stated, higher percentage rate then stated. I would not recommend anyone to go to Chevrolet Palatine of Illinois. Sorry Kevin but I had to state the truth, Cheryl
