Hr Imaging

My oldest school picture was not good at all. What happened to having someone there to do hair touch up's if need be before pictures are taken? I'm not the only one who has bad pictures either.

First set of pics showed up blue. Scheduled retakes for preschool were scheduled for 12/15, three months after initial photos. Then the photographer decides to leave early for the day, and I get less than half hour notice. Only to call the school and find out, he was already packed up before 10:45. Waiting to hear about my refund because my child doesn't get to have her first school photos ever taken. Our district should have stuck with the company they used before. The photos we received for our older child don't look anything like the ones in years prior- they look like they were taken in a half-lit basement. Would not recommend.

I worked for hr imaging and I have to say I’ve never worked for a company that was more poorly managed in my life 🤦‍♂️
