Very responsive and professional as well as being reasonably priced. Has always provided good insight to the work that I needed done and I would use them in the future. Replaced my 40 gallon water heater that went out for a 50 gallon one for $100 less than what a well rated competitor wanted for another 40 gallon one. Service: Water heater installation

I contacted RMO plumbing on Tuesday afternoon and they are here doing the job on Wednesday afternoon, about 26 hours later. They have been responsive, communicative, professional & helpful. They are installing a new toilet (and uninstalling the old one) Service: Toilet installation

Cannot say enough positive words about the team from RMO! We had a kitchen sink that would not drain despite our best attempts with a drain snake and a couple bottles of Draino. Miguel and his team came out and saved us. Turned out that our builder had taken the easy way around a pipe in our basement and over the time of 17 years our pipes slowly back flowed and built up with junk. The builders pitched a pipe in the opposite direction...what? We had about 15 feet of pipe the was nearly rock solid. No wonder we've always had issues with the kitchen sink draining. Even though our basement is finished with dry wall ceilings, they only cut out what was absolutely needed and did it neatly. PLUS, PLUS they give you the price up front. Of coarse ours did increase once they found the bigger problem but the was to be expected. However, still very reasonable. I would call them again in a heart beat for any plumbing project or problem.
