Great Western Flooring in Oswego did a re-stretch on my existing carpet. Not everyone offers this service but they did a beautiful job! The stretchers were courteous and neat. They explained the process in detail, including the risks, before starting the job. They were clearly very skilled at what they do. They rolled the edges under next to my kitchen floor, creating a much softer transition and overall gave my carpet new life and a much tighter fit both upstairs and down. Joanna at the Oswego store who was my initial contact and sales person was friendly and insightful. She was very helpful through the whole process, making a site visit to the house before asking me to sign anything, and great at following up.

It's officially 2019 and apparently, the builder trades are still greatly lagging in how to efficiently service the needs of their customers. Communicating only via email and working by appointment only and not working around the availability of their builders' clients is B.S. - Once I speak with my builder I will be more than happy to take half the credit and pay more at a business that places value in customer service. Please do yourself a favor a check out: Great Hardwood Flooring Services, Inc - FCA or Best Buy Carpet and Granite. All 3 delivered a much better customer experience than Great Western Flooring.

Brianna at the Oswego location of Great Western Flooring provided valuable consultation and very attractive pricing regarding the many floor covering options available and appropriate for a basement level remodeling project. Ultimately, a carpet solution was selected which has proven to be an ideal solution for this remodeled space. The installation team was professional and efficient ... they did an excellent job. Glad we partnered with Great Western Flooring for this project.

Joanna (Oswego location) is great! Helping me with the dizzying options while keeping within my parameters for color, style and material. She even showed me she has quartz vanity tops less expensive than HD!!!! She is amazing. Talk to her and you will see
