So disappointed. Tom told me he would help plan for taxes, filing separately, while I look into a student loan forgiveness program. He assured me that he has 40 years of experience, and would be able to help me in any way. So we gave our taxes to him, he prepared and he decided he was done. He wouldn't look through our options of filling jointly versus separately. He wouldn't even explain deductions, and how we could safe for the future. We will not return, and took our business elsewhere.

There are people in this world that are true blessings from God. Not often would someone post a Google review that their new CPA was that blessing, but Tom Mulka absolutely is not only an amazing accountant, but an unbelievably compassionate, caring human being. Without sharing my entire crazy story, Tom kindly dropped everything the day before his busiest tax day of the year to help me with an urgent IRS situation that without his attention would have sunk me further down the taxes rabbit hole (than the situation someone else had already created for me did). Tom worked late in the night and we were on the phone at 10pm on a Sunday night trying to fix the nightmare of this last year. He made my situation a priority whereas I was put on hold for hours upon hours by the IRS and no one wanted to help. But thankfully Tom did! And by the next morning, the major obstacle had been overcome. If you are searching for an accountant, please consider Tom. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll be teaming up with a genuinely amazing human being.
