I wish I didnt need the option of even selecting a star to give a rating. I did not catch a name but the lady who helped my mom was so rude and had an attitude of not wanting to work her shift. If this is the case, that is a problem and you should not be working. Please evaluate your employees!!

If i could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would. My Uncle had a terrible experience at this store. He was shopping with the intention of purchasing a gift for my grandmother. As he was looking at a pair of womens sandals, the only employee working walked up to him and said he was not allowed to touch the product, but if he decided he wanted to and could purchase them, she would then bring out a pair for him. She then extended her hand with arrogance for him to give it back. He took a look around and 2 other white individuals were doing exactly the same, but she said nothing to them. He then put the shoe down and left feeling insulted and disgusted. As he was stood outside of the store, he pulled out his phone to take a picture of the store name and she immediately went to make a phone call, presumably to call security. I called the following day to get the employees name and the manager stated she was the one who was working and only she. I explained the situation and asked if she recalled this incident and she claimed she didnt recall this ever happened. Discrimination and arrogant behavior such as this is completely unacceptable. And clearly upon reading other reviews, this is not the first time an incident like this has happened to another person of color. Something needs to be done and I will most definitely be contacting corporate.

I have been standing here for an hour and no one is here or even tried to come back. My feet hurt so bad I drove here from my job about 38 miles. Very disappointed and .

Made a return/ exchange Clerk could not find evidence of our purchase and relied on us finding our email to finalize the transaction. Good service

My daughter needed shoes for standing on her feet all day. The store clerk was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and was able to advise her on the best shoe. She was quite happy with her choice. These shoes are expensive but a great investment.
