Edited review on 4/8/24....while the inital review was a 5 star my feelings have changed.
1. They dont tell you how much your unit price will go up after the 3 months. They will say they're not sure. Well just so you know the price nearly DOUBLES!!!!!! I started out at $157 and now at $237. $80 it went up.
2. My husband has a unit on the first floor (same floor as me) and he is paying $53 less than I am. I am paying $237 a month and his jumped up to $184.
If they had been transparent about the rate jump, I would have gone somewhere else. I am currently looking at different units now. This was the first time ever needing a stroage unit, but lesson learned. :-(
Mila was ahhhhhhhhmazing! GREAT personality, VERY friendly, and very informative! She answered all my questions clearly and professionally. My new rental went quickly and flawlessly. Great place, clean, secure, and everything was explained perfectly! Thank you!
