Essence Photo & Video

I hired Essence Photography for my sister's wedding and they did not disappoint. We really appreciated how communicative the company was and how streamlined the planning process is. The day of the wedding, the photographer did an excellent job. She was flexible and took initiative which we appreciated. The photos came out amazing!

Cindy+Van+Miya. We went to Essence for Father of the bride suiting but eventually walked away with amazingly so much more before it was all done. Somewhere in the midst of getting suiting services, Chris (General Manager) shared Essence does it all for Big Day planning - photography, videography, DJ and Photo booth options! As we were still in search of these providers, we coordinated a Zoom meeting. We had three different vendor Zooms' scheduled for the same day. Immediately at the end of all three, my daughter and I looked at each other in unison and said, Chris!!! We knew we were making the right choice, and the Essence operational management team did not disappoint us; only 'Exceeded' the bar with each and every situation we presented. We told Gerry (Director Formalwear) we all work on tight crazy schedules, to which he replied, "I can work with your schedule. Can see you anytime. What time are you interested in?" I asked him if 630, 7AM would work. Gerry did not flinch! If that was needed, he'd make it happen. And happen they did, even sent pictures of fittings to the bride to help make decisions from afar. Turned out, we required a ton of coordination and patience from this business pair (Chris / Gerry) and they delivered by doing whatever it took - e.g. blocking "breathing" meeting time (with Chris) on the bride and mom's calendars to keep us focused on response tasks to keep things moving with photography/videography/photo booth services, working closely to schedule and reschedule fittings that involved an out-of-state parent, delivering a father tuxedo to the Rehearsal Dinner to make sure we had it for the wedding the next day and to help with the stress of "too many things, so little time" overlaps, and picking back up the tuxedo the day following the wedding! This Essence Duo helped us coordinate all the moving pieces of Parents Tuxes, Photos, Video, and Photo booth! If we could do it all over again, we surely would, but with DJ too! The guests had a blast with the Photo booth! Fun props... Lots of fun! Thank you Essence (Chris, Gerry) and the rest of the team. You truly get Gold Stars!

Chris was very personable, and a genuinely nice man to both my husband and I. We were having the father of the bridetuxedo fitting and he was so very patient and knowledgeable and we appreciate the time he spent with my husband Bill. ( My husband is disabled due to a stroke , and Chris was so very understanding of my husbands limitations , helping him with standing with his walker and sitting during the fitting. Chris was remarkable and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Chris and the Essence Co. We were very satisfied!!! Thank you!!! Linda and Bill Silk

These guys Chris and Gerry very great people to work with. I had change my appointment and never made feel about it. When a piece of suit was incorrect they jumped on it and made sure I had on the wedding day. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Chris and Gerry are pros and extremely accommodating. I have an odd work schedule and Chris worked with me to make sure I got measured and had my suit in time. He also did the photo both at the wedding which went very well. Thanks again guys!
