Dont buy a G-Shock from here. I purchased a G-Shock watch from Rogers and holland about 2 years ago. I came to this location because my battery was dead and since I purchased the watch, the watch lens underneath had streak marks and fingerprints. So they sent it out for repairs to G-Shock/Casio. I was told G-Shock would contact me about repair prices. I never received any calls. 5 months later I get a call from the store saying my watch is ready for pickup, no comment about price repairs. I arrive to the store and Im being charged for the battery repair, Im ok paying that, but at least let me know how much before I arrive. Once I picked it up the watch lens was still dirty with streak marks under the glass. The older lady tells me the only option is to send it back and wait another 5 months and unknown repair price since nobody will update me. By that time the battery will be dead again and Ill have to send it out again and wait another 5 months. Long story short dont buy a G-Shock from here. The younger Hispanic female was very kind and helpful. The older lady was not and had a defensive attitude as if it were my fault the watch was dirty. I was also there to purchase another watch for my wedding day, I went across the mall to another store to purchase a watch and jewelry instead. Thanks.
