Integrity, Attentive, Professional & Responsive are just a few words that come to mind in describing Vanessa. I asked if she could assist with selling my property and she was more than delighted to do so. She treated this sell as if it were a million dollar listing, always quick to respond, if there was something she was unsure of she would find out the answer. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell property.

Stay away from this agent. I contacted her with the interest of selling my home and not only did she try to lowball me with an extremely low offer that didn't even match up with comparables' in the area, but also offered up paperwork that did not logically back up her insane fees or explain why she gave me such a low estimate to begin with. Altogether, she was unprofessional, even oddly challenging me about whether she needed to wear a mask in my home(even though I was clearly wearing one and it was mandatory at the time), and basically, showed no interest in working with me, insulted my recent remodeled house, and was just a complete waste of time. Thus far, I've met with a few other Real Estate agents in this process and they were all professional along with a good experience with them. However, this is the first time I've had such a negative experience. So, I would not advise contacting Ms. Bradley if you are serious about selling your home for a reasonable price. Btw, despite what their response is, it IS the correct person. She just doesn't recognize my screen name, lol. Just be warned as I'm not one to make frivolous complaints against anyone (much less the wrong person) unless it's true.
