        Service was professional and the tech was amazing. Explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix my fridge. Had all the parts on hand and was in and out in just a couple hours.

        I arranged yesterday for a visit tonight between 5 and 7pm. I told him I had to arrange to leave work to be here so he could fix my refrigerator. They said they would call 30 minutes before arriving.... well that time has long passed and no call no show. Fridge is broken, had to leave work early and sat here all night like an idiot. Don't even bother with a company that blows you off. This isn't their first negative review either, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they are down the block from me. My neighbor just told me tonight they blew him off too, no call no show, a few months ago!!! Unreal!
