Darrell Air Duct Cleaning

Inexperienced. Deceptive practices. Exorbitant prices. Rude to customers. Incomplete work with no explanation of WHY a Duct cleaning isn't finished (because the tech basically didn't know what to do!) Ridiculous! Prices are far above the norm. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. IT MAY BE A SHAM BUSINESS.

We were looking for genuine duct cleaning services. I was recommended to Darrell Air Duct Cleaning by a couple of sites. I scheduled the visit and 2 folks came and explained everything that needed to be done. They were very respectful about the house (as in wearing booties and had laid clothes beneath their vacuum pipes etc). They provided good suggestions for maintenance, cleaning the HVAC and duct registers. They treated the ducts with disinfectants. I'd highly recommend their services if you're shopping for duct cleaning services.

Great experience. Had a tech through my home warranty come out to check the dryer. He told me I needed to have the dryer vent cleaned out. I called Gilbert and he scheduled the appointment for two days later on a Saturday morning. He called when he was en route and arrived early. He worked efficiently to clean out the vent and picked up after himself. Great service and very friendly and professional. I will use Darrell Air Duct Cleaning again and would recommend.

I would highly recommend Darrell Air Duct Cleaners for your air duct cleaning needs. Professional and dependable. No bait and switch tactics. Upfront pricing. Owner explained the entire process and answered all my questions. Technicians were courteous and the workmanship was high quality. Definitely breathing easier since having our ducts cleaned. It certainly made a big difference in our home's air quality!
