Big John Portable Toilets

So, as I called before asking about a unit they told me they would put me down for Saturday 09/11/21 was told credit or debit on. Site to pay I said okay perfect as im calling to make a payment ahead now they are all sold out of units and when asked about anything ese available straight shut down and said no.. so just last week Friday I made a call about the unit was told ok perfect you got time to now they don’t have nothing really upset and bothered because before I hanged I was told Tuesday call in with your payment and you will be set for Saturday. I also asked to see if I can speak to someone else Jenny said no so… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The company I'm working with in Rockford is renting a porta from this company. Let me tell you they don't service this thing what so ever. The its completely disgusting .

I also would recommend this company. Used big john for a 8 month build. Never once was the unit dirty or smelly. Great customer service, Jenny in the office is Spectacular.

Big John is all about Customer Service !!!!! I reached out to Big John when we were having a problem with our sewer system at our manufacturing facility. I requested delivery of 2 portable toilets. Even though it was after hours for Big John, they called in a driver to deliver the 2 portable toilets the same day that I called. The units were installed and ready to use before 4:30 pm when I called around 2 pm to request delivery. The units were clean and well stocked. When I called to have the units picked up, there was not waiting to have them removed from the property as Big John made sure they were picked up the same day that I called. If there is ever a need for portable toilets at our facility again, I will make sure that I call Big John. Big John, thank you for making a difficult day just a bit easier !!! Your staff is fantastic !!!
