        Employees are rude and reluctant if they are wrong about a complaint. I came in for a shake and asked for a specific flavor and she scooped the wrong one and wanted to argue about it. Ultimately left empty handed.

        Staff need re training and don't seem to care about their job, but then again im sure dunkin donuts doesn't pay a living wage so don't blame them.
