        I had a great experience with my daughter purchasing a bike. Both employees were masked and incredibly helpful. We were in and out in 20 minutes or less with a great bike at a great price.

        Once you are able to connect with Customer Service Rep they are quite helpful and knowledgeable. Problem is that it took 2 days of periodic telephone calls to finally get a Rep to respond. They need more help in Customer Service!
