My mother was eating in the dining room and her milk carton fell off of her tray. It bounced across the room and hit one of the workers feet. I bet that really hurt. The worker said she was going to write her up for that. The punishment was locking my mother up in her room with her screaming and crying. I didn't think you were suppose to lock residents up.
They have a very minimum of staff working here. Not enough to take care of everyone.
The staff is not friendly, and my mom feels like they don't like her.

I love my Dad being here. Everyone is kind and helpful. I'm never afraid to ask for help or information. They seem to know what makes him tick. The love they show is genuine. They are so personal with me about everything. Great place, great staff. From Juli and Leslie to the maintenance guy. They all Rick!!
