Andy from IV Construction was super helpful to begin with. He gave us good advice and showed up when we called. The timeliness on getting things completed wasnt great but we let it slide and hired them to do installation on our new tub and walls in the bathroom. The job was set up about 6 weeks in advance. They had a 10 day window while we were gone to complete the job. We spoke more several times before the vacation to verify it would be completed by the time we got back. Said they would be here wed or thurs. Didnt show. Said Fri. No call no show. I left voicemails and texted after and was completely ghosted. Now im stuck trying to find someone else. We have a newer home but lost quite a few of our shingles during the Derecho windstorm in 2020 as well as a front screen door that was damaged. We called right after the storm and they showed up within an hour. Assessed the damage. Covered the damage in the roof that same night. Helped us work with the insurance company. Never an easy or simple thing. They also responded to any call or text. Communication is the big thing. Replaced our roof and our door and everything is guaranteed and looks great! We wouldn't hesitate to hire them in the future.

Our roof had three layers of shingles. They were able to remove the old layers and Installed the new shingles the same day. Very impressed how fast they completed the job. The crew was very friendly and made sure to clean up all the debris. Highly recommend IV Construction.

Excellent workmanship on several of my rental properties. IV Construction always delivers quality work whenever I need a roof replacement. They also coached me through the insurance claim process after hail damage.
