We haven't been here in a while because we'll the food usually sucks and the service isn't great. I'm sad we returned again only enticed by a free burger for a birthday. Ordered the burger medium rare and a steak salad medium rare. First of all, I didn't realize the steak salad didn't come with a dressing, you got to pick your own but when I asked the server for what the recommendation is, she basically said she never eats the steak salad so she didn't know. Then the meals came out and were definitely rare. I don't care what the chef "thinks", the burger was pink 3/4 of the way through and the meat still had that "sticky" raw look to it. My steak salad was also pretty rare with some purple still left in the pieces. I ate mine since it's steak but we had to send the burger back. The servers were nice about and the kitchen even refired another one. This 2nd one was much better and the fries were seasoned this time (inconsistent!). To conclude our meal I asked about desserts and all they had was vanilla ice cream. Disappointing but whatever. Not their fault. Before leaving, I went to the bathroom. It was DISGUSTING. No toilet paper in any of the stalls, just paper towels in one of them (great way to clog your septic system). Soap only in one of the dispensers and then the paper towels were not in the dispenser but laying on top of one of them. It just felt dirty and disgusting on top of that. I don't get it. Your establishment is mostly females, how can your ladies room be like this?! Needless to say I will never return. We will go to Twin Peaks.

If you want to have a long wait to get your drinks ordered, this is the place to go. Empty bar where the bartender pays more attention to their phone than the customer. It took me 9 minutes to get attention from the bartender. This chain is definitely going downhill. Beer selection is very poor, they seem to have about 30 differ beer taps and yet only 14 available. I would never recommend anyone to come here

Great place but closing. According to employees there was little warning. That was the last night open.

Not many people on a Sunday lunch but girls are very nice and food was great.
