After having a horrible experience at the St. Charles location (see review there), I tried calling here for customer service only to leave 2 messages and never get a call back. You speak to one person to transfer your call and never hear again. My next step was to contact the states attorney due to my own money being withheld from me. If I had known about the other lawsuits I wouldnt have even looked at a Napleton.

I had an awesome buying experience twice with Ed Napleton Porsche Westmont but not Napleton Countryside Mazda, my experience was brutal. My daughter and I leased a 2023 loaded Mazda CX-5 because of the polite, thorough and cool sales guy Joe Bledsoe who convinced us into leasing the SUV but this unprofessional, arrogant and classless Finance manager Harvey Suga who was offering us all these Extended Warranties that would be added to our monthly payments who would not accept a response from me and my daughter saying "sorry we cannot afford it", and numerous times he would say "are you crazy and I'm talking to your daughter not you". This guy is not worthy of trust and respect. If only I could cancel the deal and go somewhere else we will but I feel sorry for the four thumbs up sales guy who helped us as soon as we entered the showroom. Well, there is a one rotten apple that spoils the bunch.

Beware of this company. Bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Napleton. The repair shop in Carmel IN is a scam. The sales people are very kind, but the repair personnel are either incompetent, otherwise they are scam artists. Bought it last March and it has been back to the service department 7 times for various issues. Finally took it to another shop only to find out that the $900 in repairs were all for nothing and one of the "new" parts that were installed were also faulty. Save yourself the money and shop for a car and get it maintained elsewhere.
