Horrible servicio!!!,se supone que en la sala de emergencia debes de tener una atención rápida porque te sientes mal,pues alli con ese pésimo servicio te mueres,que horror!!! Ver a las personas enfermas desesperadas porque se sienten mal.😔 I la atención está muy lejos en llegar,ojalá alguiel cambiará está situación.

Discharged patient without prior consulting to patient’s family. Had up to 7 diagnosis’s on the same day of the discharge, no doctor or other hospital staff had the information I needed regarding the patients condition. I hope the incompetence demonstrated by the staff is properly handled in the future when it comes to anyone else that has the misfortune of being sent here.

This is the worst, we came in with a family member who was a danger to herself and others, we asked the staff to have her admitted to the mental institution and 17 hours later she has yet to be admitted. Then the nurse comes out and says they called SASS and it can take up to another 2 hours. I’m disappointed. I know what’s wrong with my family and this hospital and the staff completely disregarded everything that we said.
