        If I could rate them ZERO stars I would! Very rude! Also never fixed the leak in tub...They came in November and said a part needed to be ordered. Then tells us to call them if we don't hear back from them in a few weeks. SERIOUSLY??!! We did call...numerous times I might add. Left messages and never heard back. Just moved out of the apartment this weekend. STILL never fixed!! Also the owner who came out talked down to me as a woman (yes I know how a faucet works). Worst experience ever!! Can't believe there are people like this that run a business! BEWARE!! Only used them because the landlord had account with them and we could not use anyone else.
