Roy's exhibited extremely poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

In July 2020 I hired Roy's Paving & Seal Coating Co. to replace asphalt in the parking lot of my rental property to solve a buckling problem created by 40 years of the garbage truck picking up weekly. Our original plan was to install a cement slab and pave around it but Roy insisted it was not necessary saying "It took 40 year for it to happen, repaving should last another 40 years." He was the professional so we trusted him and repaved without the cement as he suggested. Within one month the asphalt he installed was already buckling! I called him at least 10 times looking for a resolution for the problem he created. Roy ignored my calls for months and when I did finally talk to him he said the problem was that the base was not thick enough (he laid the base and never mentioned any issues while doing the job). When my husband called Roy yesterday demanded a solution to the problem he created, Roy hung up on him. The pavement Roy installed last year looks worst than the original 40 year old pavement he replaced and now he has left me with a hazard in my parking lot that he clearly has no intentions of fixing. Roy is very unprofessional and does poor quality work that he does not stand behind! Service: Asphalt paving & repair
