      image Jerry, is an incredible agent. I have partnered with him for over 5 years now. Him and his team are always quick to respond to my requests. I once had an apartment rental request a turn around on a document within 48 hours and Jerry got it to me within less than 24 hour. Hes detailed and always does an excellent job communicating all of my options and working with me to understand what coverage is best suited for my needs. I highly recommend working with Jerry and his team!

      image I called Jerry to write up a new homeowners policy for me. He was to busy to do it, so save your time, effort and move on.
      On another note State Farm isn't customer friendly when an agent doesn't want to respond to you. They just keep passing the buck.

      Sorry you had such a hard time contacting your own agent and that he did not return your phone calls. Unfortunately sometimes we have to say can’t help you to new business as we are trying to help an existing customer.
