Grotto Itilian Steakhouse

I need for other women/men out there to know how TERRIBLE it was working with the Grotto in planning a wedding reception. They had told me they have my wedding date available and they sent me a contract to sign. I sent the contract back to them 2 weeks ago with deposit information. Three days went by and I did not receive a receipt, therefore I e-mailed Cindy (the event planner). She said she would get it to me promptly. A WEEK went by and I emailed Cindy again. At this point I was nervous because I already had appointments with DJs and photographers set up. She assured me she would find out why the receipt had not been printed yet and she would get back to me. I emailed her a THIRD time 3 days later, and she finally told me that she could no longer confirm my wedding because they may have construction on the building at that time that she did not know about until that very day! She offered absolutely no possible solutions or anything to make the situation better. I had to cancel my meetings with my photographers and DJs because at this point I no longer had a wedding date or venue!

This place is a must! Either casual dining, hot date, or business the Grotto covers every base. Awesome menu, great staff, friendly management. You can not go wrong. If you live near by you owe it to yourself to check out this place!

Best Italian Steak house around. Great for events! I had my wedding here and many other small get-togethers and I've never heard one complaint from anyone. Nice staff and beautiful decor.

High priced crap food at dinner. had lunch here before and it was ok, but tastless crap that you can get at Nancy's Pizza.
