I love my job. It's hard for many to say that in this day and age. I wrote my first review in 2020, little to know that I would be taking over the office in 2023. The opportunities I've been given to lead and help others grow have been extremely fulfilling. My previous career aspiration was to go to medical school after my undergrad at UIUC. After thinking more deeply about what I wanted for my life, I want to help the next generation grow their resumes, soft skills, income, and all while establishing a family like culture and environment at the same time. (2/10/2024)I've been working with Sebastian sine July of 2016, I've never had a manager that cared about me more than Sebastian does. He really cares about other people's success and I would not be half the man I am without him.

Working with Vector has been one of the most influential experiences of my life. Jakub is someone who truly cares about each individual and strives to help everyone grow in the ways that they want. The people and the culture are also one of my favorite things about working here. I have made forever friends whom I can always count on to be there for me both professionally and personally. Through Vector and Cutco Ive gained confidence in myself and my abilities, and gained life skills that I never wouldve been able to get anywhere else as a college student.
