The front desk doesnt know how to manage anything. She wrote down my credit card information and then she said that she misplaced the paper with the credit card information on it. The doctor did a great job and he was the only one who knew how to do his job. They need to hire a new staff that knows what they are doing in the office part.

This is pathetic and fraudulent billing dental office! I had my 4 wisdom tooth extracted here. First It was told that will cover by the insurance company upon checking my insurance, whereas to my surprise on surgery day asked to deposit the full amount, which shall be reimbursed. I followed up with insurance company and doctors office back and forth for more than a year and in vain. It is total fraud, getting reimbursed by the insurance company and also from the patient. I recommend to double check for the charges and hidden billing before u go ahead.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is despicable.  They lie about the charges, then bill your credit to the maximum amount.  There is a GOOD reason they have an "F" rating with the BBB (discovered after the fact unfortunately).  If you need emergency oral surgery, you would be better off in a dark alley than this joint.
