Spoke to Quinn at corporate. I have called 3 times for my refund and nothing has happened. I visited a store January 20th and still have not received my refund. He informed me that he is escalating it and I may get a reach out call because supposedly since it has been so long since my visit accounts payable has to look into it. The first two times he informed me that the money was on my way The third time I called I still have received nothing.

Its so offensive to have dinner in this restaurant after 9:00pm. They close section of the dinning area and if is happened to be in that area in that time, they put the chairs on the table even next to you. Doesnt matter that the restaurant closes at 11:00pm. If you need proof I have, contact me!
Portillos if you need customers you have to change this as soon as possible!!!

Their social media is bulk buying lists and sending to people who dont even live in the same country. Stop spamming people and do your job. Fire them and hire someone who produces real results.

Worst experience ever beware of this company they not only put my card through 3 times in the drive thru but we waited 45 minutes and never got our food. We got out went inside the MANAGER said for us to put our card through again and Im not not at all bc on my bank account its showing yall ran it 3 times I dont give a damn what they dont see..
BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU LEAVE
THE MANAGER DID NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!
The manager says we didnt put in an order but we was in drive thru the number was B70 and they ran my card 3 times
