It is my opinion that this limo service was unsatisfactory. They were over 15 minutes late for pick up for prom. The driver then told the kids to leave prom 30 minutes before it ended for pick up. This was without the knowledge of the parents who paid a premium for a late pick up.

If I could give no stars I would. Received notification an hour before our pick up for our international flight, that our driver was on their way. (From the tracking map, should have been to our house easily 20 min early.) Pick up was scheduled for 2:30am. Get a call at 2:25 from dispatch (who I could barely understand due to their "sleepy voice") stating the driver will be 15-20 min late (which we all know in reality is more like 25-30 late). Couldn't tell me why they were going to be late, and when I told her this was unacceptable and asked that a manager call me later, she said she would pass a message but couldn't guarantee a call back. Really??? When I checked the tracker again at 2:45, driver was still 10 to 15 min from our house. Again....pick up was supposed to be a 230.....now not getting to my home at the earliest 3:00. Pathetic at best regarding service. Someone rely on you for a pick up and receives a message an hour before pick up that the driver will be there, and then this? Plenty of other companies to use. Have had minor issues with past rides, but this will be the last time we consider using them.

I was NOT impressed, the best thing this Company has is a CSR/Dispatcher working by the name of Cathy . She was awesome as my 1 st call I was quoted a price then called back to reserve quoted a different price no one could make a decision no one knew when the MGR was coming in until I called Cathy. Cathy was great the Company overall along with the Driver NOT IMPRESSED! the Driver showed up was asked to go around so we could have a less walk in 90 degree weather with (6) pre teen Girls. He REFUSED!!! I even was waiving him down he REFUSED got in the car NO AIR it was not large enough to comfortably sit (8) people. There was a small vent I had to move seats face my face into the vent in order not to have an anxiety attach of heat. I asked him if there was anything he could do he said " its only 1 hour away" in other words NO AND DEAL WITH IT!. I was then picked up by another limousine company which for me was the best thing evet to happen and was very pleased SHOUT OUT to Touch of Class your amazing!!!!! I will never use American Coach Limousine again!!! Cathy call me I am a Recruiter and can find you another job!

My 1st time using American Coach Limousine,, I booked it on 07-21-2021 on their website for 7-26-2021 pick up from Ameristar Casino East Chicago to Midway airport for 4:00am...Then I realize it was kinda too early, then call I on Friday to changed the pick up to 5:15am, it was no problem. When it was time for pick on Monday on 07-26-2021, I got a text message letting me the driver Lee Hale was on his way and will be waiting for me . I went downstairs at 5:00am, he give you 15 minutes its ok to leave early or 5:15am. It also let you know the type of vehicle black/Chrysler. My driver Lee Hall was excellent, very professional and has good communication. For sure I will be using American Coach Limousine again and will recommend highly to friends and family. Thank you Lee Hale and keep up the good work you got a AAA+ from me!!!!!!
