        Joe Wallace office is always nice. Allstate overall isn't my favorite. They cannot always find my coverage, my claim, etc. Just disappointed.

        It was good. My questions were answered in a timely manner. Craig was always available and willing to help. He also made sure he kept me up to date with any information throughout the process.

        Joe was not great to work with or very professional, but his staff is great. Allstate in general raised my rates significantly even though I never had any claims. Byeeeeeeeeee Allstate
